Recently leading an initiative Lisa launched a series of experiments to challenge the norms of agency and industry behaviour for the year ahead - ‘Implementing a Culture of Experimentation’ - to question the status quo of the way we work. The aim is to establish a culture that elevates the trust and responsibility we place in employees and colleagues. Encouraging young people into the industry has always been a passion. Working with emerging talent to meet the future employment opportunities being created across this expanding sector. Lisa feels highly energising by ever expanding horizons for students and believes it is important to show commitment to bring new talent, raising awareness and representing the industry she works in. 

Making the industry’s future talent diverse, smart, open-minded and progressive is her ambition for BIMA’s Young Talent Council. Lisa is leading the ongoing annual Digital Day activity and currently developing a new programme to achieve greater engagement
and develop the employability skills of future innovators in all areas of digital. Fostering the next generation of young, digital creatives through our agency-wide intern scheme and working directly with D&AD, the IPA and WPP Z Academy. Lisa is a regular judge for BIMA, D&AD student awards and mentor at the School of Communications Arts 2.0.
